Part 2

"Jeff, i want to go out," I voiced as i tried to divert her attention from the phone.

"You want to give me time with my sweet woman?" Jeff asked.

"Ooh yeah sure, ama aje Bever?" i chocked in.

"Ooh, no not necessary. Just stay, is that right
Dan?" Bverlyn said, as Jeff handed her a glass of Coke.

"It’s ok, i will stay then," i said with a faint voice.

"Bebz, can i have that phone please? I want to check something" Beverlyn insisted.
Jeff quickly winked at me.I didn’t understand what message he was trying to communicate.
His eyes grew bigger and white! I knew that day everything was going to be exposed.

"Give her the phone, Dan," Jeff said with a faint voice. Biting his lower lip in regret
I took the phone and handed it to Beverlyn who was seated on Jeff's bed, directly opposite to mine.
Meanwhile, Jeff was standing near the table where the laptop was, dialing the keyboard aimlessly. Perhaps awaiting the worse to unfold.

As i handed the phone to Beverlyn, Jeff back toed quickly, knocking the handset intentionally before Bever taking it!

"Ooh sorry bebz!" exclaimed Beverlyn, not knowing all that was Jeff's plan.

"Jeez! Double tragedy!" Jeff barked as he picked the Techno M5.
The phone's screen cracked badly. It wasn’t working.

"Bebz  how will u explain to your friend?"
Beverlyn asked, looking worried for causing all that!
"Don’t  worry, swts i will fix it with him" Jeff responded.
He looked worried since the phone belonged to Mary the then, his new catch.

How was he going to explain to Mary?
Will Mary understand and still be in relationship
with Jeff?

That was the interesting thing i all wanted to follow.
Jeff sat beside Beverlyn on his bed, with the cracked phone in his hand.
Beverly wrapped her hands around Jeff's neck, kissed him and said,

"Bebz, i know you are worried and you just don’t know how to explain, am ready to talk to him,yeah the owner of this phone and explain what just happened"
Beverlyn voiced.

Jeff looked relaxed. He nodded his head in agreement. It wasn’t long before
Beverlyn left for his room.
As soon as she had disappeared, Jeff requested me to accompany him to Mary's house… I wondered what he was going to tell her.
